The Kenco Coffee Company has introduced the ‘Make Every Cup Count Campaign. The objective here is to provide 500 million glasses of clean water to the Coffee Farmers of South America. One glass of clean water will be donated for each cup of Kenco Vending, Roast & Ground and Kenco 2 Go that sells between March 1 and December 31 this year. The ‘Coffee Made Happy’ campaign is a mission to help one million coffee farmers become prosperous entrepreneurs by the year 2020.

A doubling of the purchase of Fairtrade certified cocoa by Nestle will ensure 4,500 farmers on The Ivory Coast will receive a price that will enable sustainable production. Over 40% of the global cocoa supply comes from The Ivory Coast, with 25% of people earning their living from farming cocoa. The Nestle Cocoa Plan is focused on training farmers become more sustainable by paying a premium for Fairtrade certified quality cocoa. The initiative has already helped build schools and support the healthcare system in the country.

Cadbury have rolled out new packaging across it’s Dairy Milk range. The new resealable packaging allows you to peal open and reseal for later. A new billboard advertising campaign can be seen nationwide for favourites such as Dairy Milk, Carmello, Mint Crisp, Tiffin, Turkish, Golden Crisp, Whole Nut and Fruit & Nut. Executive Vending is incorporating the entire range into our vending machine product selection and we look forward to seeing how popular these old favourites in new packaging prove to be!
